Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of chocolates, caramels, or other food items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging. We will review each situation individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
To help ensure product quality during warm weather, overnight shipping is required for chocolate products. Customers who select a shipping method slower than the recommended overnight option assume the risk of melting or heat damage. Lerato Luxe Artisan Chocolate is not responsible for product damage resulting from a customer’s selection of a slower shipping method.
Custom branded and corporate orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
