Hi, I'm Jewel, founder and chocolatier behind Lerato Luxe.

My journey began in a bean to bar chocolate shop in Carbondale, Colorado, where I discovered a passion for confectionery that combines artistry, craftsmanship, and science. Since then, I've continued to refine my skills through professional training, experimentation, and countless hours in the kitchen.

Today from Southern Oregon, I handcraft small batch chocolates and luxury caramels inspired by seasonal ingredients, local flavors, and unexpected pairings. Every creation is made by hand with the goal of surprising and delighting and stepping beyond the ordinary.
