Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. We only ship Mon - Wed- to avoid products sitting in trucks or in warehouses over the weekend.

We carefully package all products to help protect them during transit. Because our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, shipping times and methods may vary by season.

During warm weather, chocolate products may require expedited or overnight shipping. Customers are responsible for selecting the recommended shipping option at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, Lerato Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at leratoluxe@gmail.com and include photos of the product and packaging.

We currently ship within the United States.

Overnight shipping may be required for chocolate products when temperatures exceed 70°F.
