Warm Weather Shipping Policy

Chocolate is highly temperature sensitive, especially during warmer months.

During temps of above 70 F, we strongly recommend selecting overnight shipping at checkout to help ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition.

To reduce the risk of melting, orders are shipped on Monday - Wednesday. Any orders received Thurs-Sunday will be briefly held to avoid weekend transit.

Please make arrangements to receive your package promptly upon delivery, as Lerato Luxe Artisan Chocolate is not responsible for melting or damage caused by packages left outside in the heat.

Storage recommendations:

• Store chocolates in a cool dry place between 55-65 degrees F.
• Avoid direct sunlight
• Chocolates may be refrigerated if sealed tightly, though room temperature serving is recommended for best flavor and texture
• Products can be frozen for longer storage storage if wrapped tightly
